These restaurants are all within walking distance of the Cottages or are just a short drive away. - Burrito Del Sol – For fresh Tex-Mex, a trip to Burrito Del Sol is a must! Everything is made fresh in-house each day, including the guacamole! Choose a burrito, tacos, taco salad, a quesadilla, or nachos, then pick your protein. You can even get tempeh, grilled shrimp, or grilled fish. - McGuire’s – McGuire’s first location was in Pensacola, but they have since expanded to Destin and become a staple in the area. You can still enjoy your favorite menu items at the Destin location, including their traditional pub fares including Corned Beef & Cabbage and Shepard’s Pie. Their current menu is available here.
- Dewey Destin’s – Dewey’s great-great-grandfather, Leonard Destin, founded Destin in the late 1800s. His memory lives on through the food served at Dewey Destin’s. Visit their original location just off of Calhoun Avenue for great views of Crab Island or the Harborside one to watch the boats coming in and out. - Harbor Docks – If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Destin, Harbor Docks is the place to be. They’re open for lunch from 11 AM – 4 PM daily and for dinner 4-10 PM Sunday-Wednesday and 4-11 PM Thursday-Saturday.
